  - Are you proud of your country ? And if yes, why ?

 Yes, I am, because we won the football world cup, the French gastronomy is excellent, there are a lot of French perfumes which are famous in the whole world and the French dressmarkers are some of the best in the whole world.

   - What are the positive aspects of being in France ?
 

Geography enables to stay on the sea side or in the mountains with various touristic sites.
There is a great choice of typical products and recipes.
Paris is a very beautiful city, where are situated a lot of famous monuments, like the Eiffel Tower, L'Arc de triomphe and the Louvre Museum. It's a very touristic city.
The culture is artful and chic.
French is considered as a "pure" language, maybe because it comes from Latin.
France produces good perfumes and clothes, and there are a lot of restaurants.

What about its negative aspects ?

 France is a very expensive country.

To you, what are the important things to know about the French History ? About its culture ?
 

It's important to know " Le Roi Soleil " : Louis XIV, and the castle of Versailles. A lot of nobles, artists, intellectuals and philosophers came to the King's court at that time.
France has a rich panel of artists, like painters, impressionists, writers...
The French language was a priority in Europe at that time.

   - What or who can be considered as French icons ?

 The Eiffel Tower could be a French icon, because it's one of the most touristic monuments in Europe.
As it represents France in the sports world, "le Coq sportif" can be an icon for France.
The lys flower can also be an icon because it represented the kings.
Zinedine Zidane could be an icon of France : he is famous in the whole world as a great football player.
Since Edith Piaf is very famous in a lot of countries for her songs, like "la vie en rose", she could be considered as a French icon.

  
 - Which feast are important to know in your opinion ?

 I think July 4th is very important because it's the National Day.
I think it's also important to know about Armistice Day with the Germans, on November 11th 1918, which put an end to World War I.

   - What French stereotypes do you think the foreigners have in mind?

 French people are often represented by a man who is wearing a beret and holding a baguette.
The typical French also drink a lot of wine and eat a lot of cheese.
French people are proud of themselves and sometimes are sometimes arrogant but not all of them ! They think we are very polite.
